What is RSS?
RSS feeds allow you to see when new content appears on web sites without connecting to it. Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly (PACE) RSS feeds contain news published on PACE website http://assembly.coe.int

How to read a stream without subscribing?
Web browsers like Internet Explorer 7 and Mozilla Firefox allow you to read RSS feed without subscribing. Just click on the RSS feed to view it. Opera and Safari support RSS feeds too.
There are other news readers or aggregators. In each case you must provide the RSS reader with the URL for the RSS feed. To retrieve the RSS URL, right click on the RSS hyperlink and select "Copy link location" (Firefox) or "Copy shortcut" (Internet Explorer).
How to create customised RSS feeds?
On the right side of the RSS subscribing page, a form allows you to create a customised RSS feed based on a keyword. To create a customised RSS feed, enter a keyword in the text box "Keyword," then click on "Create your RSS feed".
Example:
- You can enter many keywords, separate them with white spaces. The News of your new created feed will contain all those words ;
- To select special word order or phrase, enter text using double quotes, i.e. "Council of Europe".
The customised RSS feed will show underneath the form.
