Trafficking of migrant workers for forced labour

In the draft resolution, after paragraph 8.1.1, insert the following paragraph:

"appointing an independant National Rapporteur on human trafficking, in charge of the follow up on this issue and of reporting periodically to the government and parliament on the national situation;".
