Trafficking of migrant workers for forced labour

In the draft resolution, after paragraph 8.1.7, insert the following paragraph:

"providing the Council of Europe's Group of Experts on Action againt Trafficking in Human Beings (GRETA) with sufficient financial and human resources, and ensuring the independance of the experts appointed;".
