In the draft resolution, paragraph 5, replace the words "in the false hope that the existence of a legal sex-work sector would reduce the attractiveness of this business for criminal organisations or may improve the working conditions of sex workers" with the following words:

"with the aim of reducing the attractiveness of this business for criminal organisations and improving the working conditions of sex workers."
