The protection of minors against excesses of sects

In the draft resolution, paragraphs 3, 5, 6.2, 6.6, 6.7 et 6.8, replace the words "excesses of" by the following words:

"violations of the law by".

Explanatory note

The word "excesses" is not defined and it it would, it could only amount to "violations of the law", in order to be on conformity with all the provisions of the European Convention on Human Rights and other relevant instruments protecting the equal and inalienable rights of all human beings.
