Counteraction to manifestations of neo-Nazism

In the title of the draft resolution, after the words "neo-Nazism", add the words "and right-wing extremism".

Explanatory note

Some of the phenomena described in the report are linked to individuals and organisations not defining themselves as neo-Nazis. The amendment aims to ensure that the title reflects the scope of the report more clearly.
