In the draft resolution, paragraph 11.8, after the word “Crimea;”, insert the following words:

“to cease any military aid to the insurgents in eastern Ukraine, as well as to withdraw its military forces from that area and the borders of Ukraine; to refrain from any actions that could directly or indirectly escalate the situation in eastern Ukraine;“.
