The humanitarian situation of Ukrainian refugees and displaced persons

In the draft resolution, after paragraph 13.6, insert the following paragraph:

“ensure that efforts to protect Ukrainian refugees do not lead to discriminatory diversion of resources from protection of asylum seekers of other nationalities;”
