In the draft resolution, after paragraph 11.8, insert the following paragraph:

"ensure the unobstructed delivery of Ukrainian and International humanitarian aid for people in Ukrainian territories uncontrolled by the government and take all measures aimed at preventing the blocking of humanitarian aid".
