The Committee of Ministers has taken note of the question asked by the Honourable Parliamentarian, which raises a matter of particular importance for the Organisation. Since a report entitled “Call for a Council of Europe summit to defend and promote democratic security in Europe” is being prepared within the Parliamentary Assembly, the Committee considers it advisable to wait for the publication of this report before taking a stand on this issue.
