In the draft resolution, paragraph 32, replace the third sentence with the following sentence:

"The Assembly decides to open the Monitoring procedure in light of the fact that the Turkish authorities failed to fulfil the requirements pertaining to the post-monitoring dialogue with the Parliamentary Assembly."
