Modernising the European Convention on Human Rights

Mr Henriksen,

To ask the Committee of Ministers,

Would the Committee of Ministers be prepared to discuss amending and modernising the European Convention on Human Rights in order to make it easier for member States to expel criminal foreigners and for national parliaments to amend the rules for obtaining asylum and the rules for family reunification?
