In the draft resolution, paragraph 16, delete the following words:

“the decision of Republika Srpska not to implement a decision of the State Court on the State-level registration of defence property located on its territory, the decision to hold a referendum on the Republika Srpska national day despite a ruling by the Constitutional Court banning it and”

Explanatory note

Not registering defence property at state level does not mean that the military are unable to use this property. Republika Srpska does not prohibit the use by the military of all such property. It is not possible to carry out this registration at state level because there is no law on state property.
