Strengthening the decision-making process of the Parliamentary Assembly concerning credentials and voting

In the draft resolution, paragraph 10, replace the last sentence with the following sentence:

"The members' right to elect the Secretary General and Deputy Secretary General of the Council of Europe, the Secretary General of the Parliamentary Assembly, the Commissioner for Human Rights and the Judges to the European Court of Human Rights shall not be suspended or withdrawn in the context of a challenge to or reconsideration of credentials".
