Strengthening the decision-making process of the Parliamentary Assembly concerning credentials and voting

In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 8, insert the following sentence:

"The Parliamentary Assembly reminds the Committee of Ministers that, as long as no joint sanction procedure has been established between the two Organs, the Assembly preserves itself the right to maintain its existing sanction mechanism and will exercise it with the same care and caution as it has done over the past 70 years of its existence."
