Strengthening the decision-making process of the Parliamentary Assembly concerning credentials and voting

In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 10, insert the following sentence:

"In the context of a challenge to or reconsideration of credentials, members cannot adhere to a political group and enjoy the rights deriving from such a membership."
