Strengthening the decision-making process of the Parliamentary Assembly concerning credentials and voting

In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 7, insert the following sentence:

"Derogation from the rules mentioned above does not invalidate any decision of the Assembly made previously, and will not serve as a precedent in the future work of the Assembly."
