Strengthening the decision-making process of the Parliamentary Assembly concerning credentials and voting

In the draft resolution, after paragraph 12, insert the following paragraph:

"With this Resolution, the Assembly reaches out its hand to the Committee of Ministers and the Russian Federation to find a positive way out of the current crisis. The Assembly expects that working together with the Committee of Ministers and the newly elected Secretary General the procedures may be functional by January 1st 2020 and allow all delegations to uphold with all statutory obligations. In the absence of a new joint sanction procedure and/or unsatisfactory progress, the Assembly may revisit the decisions taken in the report “Strengthening the decision-making process of the Parliamentary Assembly concerning credentials and voting."
