In the draft resolution, after paragraph 5, insert the following paragraph:

"The Assembly believes that the restoration of the rights of the Russian delegation is possible only after public personal statements of each member of this delegation about respect for the fundamental values of the Council of Europe and the recognition of Crimea as Ukrainian territory."
