In the draft resolution, after paragraph 5, insert the following paragraph:

"The Assembly stresses that the lifting or revision of the imposed sanctions against the Russian Federation is possible only after the full restoration to Ukrainian citizens of the right of freedom of movement and access to the territory of Crimea for representatives of international missions."
