In the draft resolution, paragraph 8, after the third sentence, insert the following sentences:

"In this connection, the Assembly also reiterates the fundamental principle of membership at the Council of Europe enshrined in Article 3 of the Statute of the Council of Europe: "Every member of the Council of Europe must accept the principles of the rule of law and of the enjoyment by all persons within its jurisdiction of human rights and fundamental Freedoms". If the State party doesn’t observe the abovementioned obligations its membership in the Council of Europe brings no value to “a greater unity between its members."
