Human suffering and degradation following ethnic cleansing

The undersigned, members of the Assembly,
1. having observed the atrocities and destruction in Kosovo and Serbia and the human suffering and degradation following the ethnic cleansing;
2. having considered that it is not so many years ago that this same ethnic cleansing also took place in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia;
3. noticing that the perpetrators and architects of the Ethnic Cleansing programme were the psychiatrists, Mr Rascovic and Karadzic and that this programme of ethnic cleansing has been perpetrated by Mr Milosovic, who also financed the Bosnia and Herzegovina cleansing;
4. observing that if the psychiatric theory of ethnic differences of superiority/inferiority of races is not exposed for the nonsense that it is, new conflicts might arise in the Yugoslav provinces of Vojvodina and Montenegro;
5. invite everybody to study the material that has been put together and researched by the French chapter of the Citizens' Commission on Human Rights (an organisation established by the Church of Scientology in 1969 to expose the abuse of human rights by psychiatry).
