In the draft resolution, before paragraph 8, insert the following paragraph:
"The Assembly took note of the simultaneous resignation of three members of the Independent High Commission for Elections, including its Vice-President and its President. It pays tribute to the exemplary nature of the work carried out by the Independent High Commission and calls on its members to continue organising future elections in an impartial and transparent manner, in compliance with the Constitution and international conventions."
