Appointment of a special committee on European refugees
The Assembly of the Council of Europe recognising Free Europe's clear obligation to lighten the sufferings of many Europeans, refugees from political oppression, resolves to set up a special committee which will make recommendation for the care of those refugees in its economic, social and cultural aspects.
This committee shall be free to call upon the expert advice of European refugees on a personal basis.
