In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 7, insert the following words:
"Likewise the Assembly calls for the amendment of the "law on the condemnation of the communist and national socialist (Nazi) regimes and prohibition of propaganda of their symbols" along the lines of the opinion of the Venice Commission and for the annulment of the liquidation of the Communist Party."
